By accessing or using MiniTales - Baby Book App ("MiniTales"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access or use our service.

Description of Service

MiniTales is a mobile application that allows parents to create and maintain digital baby books, including features for photo uploads, milestone tracking, and memory sharing.

User Accounts

To use MiniTales, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old
  • Register for an account with accurate information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

User Content

By uploading content to MiniTales, you:

  • Retain all ownership rights to your content
  • Grant us a license to use, store, and display your content
  • Confirm you have the right to share the content
  • Agree not to upload content that violates any laws or rights

Subscription and Payments

MiniTales offers both free and premium features:

  • Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
  • You can cancel your subscription at any time
  • Refunds are provided in accordance with App Store policies
  • We reserve the right to modify subscription fees with notice

Prohibited Activities

Users may not:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Impersonate others or provide false information
  • Upload malicious software or content
  • Attempt to access unauthorized areas of the service
  • Interfere with the proper functioning of the service

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to MiniTales:

  • For violations of these terms
  • For suspicious or fraudulent activity
  • At our sole discretion, with or without cause

Disclaimer of Warranties

MiniTales is provided "as is" without any warranties, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

Limitation of Liability

Comet Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via the app or email. Continued use of MiniTales after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
